To celebrate Easter, the restaurant 99 Haussmann proposes for Sunday, April 9 an Easter brunch which should make the happiness of the small ones as well as that of the older ones... of the entry until the dessert! Discover it with your family or friends. You can taste the creations of the Executive Chef Charly Salierno.
On the program, the classic brunch staples accompanied on the savory side:
- Egg Florentine, Mimosa egg, Asparagus with mousseline sauce, Artichoke heart salad, Potato and spinach tortilla, Radishes and homemade butter, Iced pea soup with mint, Lettuce and crispy spring vegetables, Salmon and leek quiche,
- Paté en croute Rabbit and pistachios
- Leg of lamb with thyme, Spring vegetable casserole, Potato gratin (Easter lamb)
Sweet tooths are not forgotten with :
- Eggs in snow, Grand Cru Komuntu chocolate pie, Organic Madacarcar vanilla crème brulée, Milk chocolate mousse,
- Rhubarb pie, White chocolate and caramelized pecan pie
From 12AM to 4PM

Price for children (4 to 9): 40 euros all taxes included. Free for kids between 0 to 3 years old.
