Questions to Ask Before Your Arrival.

Is it possible to check in luggage before the room is ready or to store it after check-out?

Yes, we can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out at no additional charge.

Is it possible to get an extra bed?

An extra bed can be added starting with the Junior Suite category.
The extra bed is free for children up to 12 years old (including a crib). For older children, a surcharge of 120 euros per day applies.

Can I stay here with children?

Children are welcome. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when sharing their parents' room, and a crib can be provided upon request at no extra charge. Family rooms and connecting rooms are also available. Feel free to check them out on our Rooms page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please refer to the rate you booked to find out the cancellation policy associated with it, or to our general terms and conditions of sale.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

For the comfort of our guests, the hotel’s indoor common areas are entirely smoke-free. Smoking in your room or in these areas will result in a flat-rate fine of €200. Smoking is permitted only on the patio and under no circumstances in the guest rooms.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Am I charged immediately when I provide my bank information during the reservation process?

For all reservations, guests must provide a credit card number to guarantee their room reservation for the duration of their stay:

-For reservations made at a flexible rate, a pre-authorization of one (1) euro will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. Seven days before your arrival, a new pre-authorization equal to the cost of the first night’s stay will be placed on your credit card, regardless of the rate type (except for non-refundable rates).

-For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Are there any risks involved in providing my credit card number on your website?

To ensure your security and protect your privacy, our website uses the SSL encryption protocol. When data is transferred over the Internet, the information entered into the various forms is automatically encrypted. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically encrypts data before it is transmitted over the Internet. It is decrypted only once it reaches the server of our booking engine and payment partner.

SSL is currently the most reliable and widely used solution. To make sure your browser is compatible, check for an icon depicting a key or a padlock.

Are the tourist tax and VAT included in the price of my stay?

Rates include VAT but exclude the applicable tourist tax per person per night. In 2026, the tourist tax in Paris is €11.70 per night per person.

How many rooms can I book at once on your website?

Can you help plan a special occasion?

Which subway station is closest to the hotel?

The nearest metro station, Saint-Augustin, is located 300–600 meters from the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are available on the day of your arrival starting at 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. (local time) at the latest.

What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is available to both hotel guests and non-guests Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at a rate of 42 EUR per person per day. If you have any special dietary needs, please let our team know.

I didn't reserve breakfast. Can I have it on the day of my stay?

Simply contact our team to request it, and after paying the corresponding surcharge, you are, of course, welcome to enjoy our breakfast.

The 99 Haussmann Restaurant: Hours and Reservations?

The 99 Haussmann restaurant serves bistronomic cuisine Monday through Friday for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and for dinner Monday through Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended, either by phone or through the restaurant’s website. The menu is available online.

Is there a charge for Wi-Fi?

No, high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the facility.

Are all the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Yes, all the rooms are air-conditioned and feature individual temperature controls—a welcome comfort during Paris’s heat waves.

Do you offer a safe?

Each room has its own safe.

What are the hours of operation for the Terraké Spa, and how do I make a reservation?

The Terraké Spa is open Monday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Treatments can be booked at the front desk or directly with the spa team by email at spa@hotelbowmann.com or by phone at 01 40 08 19 53. We recommend booking before your arrival to ensure you get your preferred time slot. The treatment menu is available on our “Wellness” page.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

The hotel features a heated pool, as well as a sauna and a steam room.

What can the Conciergerie help organize?

Our concierge service, a member of Les Clefs d'Or, will arrange your restaurant and show reservations, transfers, private tours of department stores and museums, and any special requests to make your stay a truly Parisian experience. Do you have meeting rooms or private event spaces?

The Bowmann Lounge is available for your meetings and private events for up to 20 people, with natural light. The venue can also be reserved exclusively for your events. Request a quote at laura.lebailly@hotelbowmann.com

Questions after you leave.

How can I get a duplicate copy of my invoice?

Your invoice will be provided to you upon check-out and can be sent to you by email upon request to reservation@hotelbowmann.com. Please include your dates of stay and the reservation name.

I left something at the hotel. How can I get it back?

Please contact the front desk at +33 1 40 08 00 10 or by email at reservation@hotelbowmann.com, describing the item and your dates of stay. Lost and found items are held and can be shipped to you at your expense if you wish.

I'd like to share my experience of my stay after I leave: how do I do that?

After your stay, you will receive a questionnaire so you can provide us with feedback on your experience.
