On Thursday May 16, 2024, the Bowmann Hotel is delighted to welcome Domaine Cazes to the 99 Haussmann restaurant for an exceptional evening.
For the occasion, Chef Charly Salierno and Benoit Briu have devised a bespoke menu for a perfect match between food and wine.

Chef Charly Salierno & Benoit Briu will open the ball with an aperitif of 3 tapas & 2 glasses of wine, per person.
This will be followed by dinner, where you'll have the opportunity to taste 3 glasses of wine to accompany the main course and dessert created by Chef Charly Salierno.
