Our Sunday brunch returns on Sunday, December 10, 2023 to celebrate the magic of Christmas. Come and taste the specialities created by our Chef Charly Salierno, in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet at Restaurant 99 Haussmann. A convivial moment to enjoy with family and friends in the heart of Paris.
Breakfast :
- Selection of bread, viennoiserie, cakes, brioches, tarte tatin, flan parisien, madeleine, financier, muffins, brownies, pancakes, crepes, cookies, corn flakes, granola, muesli
- Maple syrup, agave syrup, jams, spreads, honey
- Sausage, bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, avocado
- White ham, rosette, dry-cured ham, coppa, fourme d'Ambert, comté, morbier, st maure de Touraine
- Fruit salad, pineapple, fromage blanc, gherkins, compote, crunchy vegetables
For savoury eaters :
- Mulled wine
- Mimosa egg, salmon and spinach quiche, butternut tatin, free-range poultry club sandwich,
