The Hotel Bowmann is committed to Pink October
In October 2025, the Hôtel Bowmann Paris is once again joining the Pink October movement, a symbol of hope and solidarity in the fight against breast cancer. Through this commitment, the establishment aims to transform every moment spent within its walls into a meaningful gesture. A portion of the profits will be donated to Geneticancer, an association founded in 2016 that is dedicated to the prevention of hereditary cancers and supporting research. Throughout the month, visitors are invited to take part in this essential cause through unique experiences, where elegance and gastronomy combine to serve a greater mission: to contribute, together, to pushing back the disease.

When gourmet delight becomes a gesture of solidarity
On the culinary front, the Bowmann's talents are mobilizing to bring flavor and sweetness to Pink October's commitment. The pastry chef has created a delicate pavlova, combining the freshness of raspberry with the subtlety of rose, enhanced with candied raspberries and a refined sorbet. From each tasting, €2 will be donated to Geneticancer, transforming a gourmet moment into a gesture of solidarity.
At the bar, the experience continues with an exclusive cocktail, the X, an elegant blend of gin, lemon, coconut cream, Saint-Germain liqueur, cranberry juice, and tonic water. Again, €2 per creation will be dedicated to our partner, ensuring that each toast becomes a vibrant tribute to the cause.
